Day 4, Truro to St Austell.

We left behind the industrial landscape from yesterday (and yesteryear) as we moved in to vast agricultural fields with well defined paths. We really like well defined paths! Lots of ascent and decent, sometimes the downhill is tougher than the uphill!
A highlight from today was our lunchtime stop at the community shop and cafe in the delightful village of Grampound. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and especially Alex who made a donation to charity.
