Today was our first full day of just canal walking which meant we made really good time. The canal is called The Bridgwater and Taunton Canal or as people from Taunton probably say, The Taunton and Bridgwater Canal!
Once again we only saw moored narrow boats and none travelling along the canal. It was certainly a very quiet and peaceful walk until we went under the M5 just as we came to Bridgwater!
We couldn’t believe our luck when we were just about to sit down under a bridge for some shade. We spotted a pop up cafe that was part of a conference centre. A great find.
Lots of people have asked what we talk about when we’re walking along. Well one idea we’ve come up with is Q & A with J & K. So here’s the link for the first episode below.
