We would normally be putting the daily blog out at this time. Kevin did the first leg of the Great Glen Way, not a spectacular trail but certainly quite pleasant. However, Kevin has now also tested positive for Covid. Not pleasant at all.
With both of us now testing positive we feel we have no alternative but to head for home and take stock.
Thank you to everyone who’s been following us. With 65 days done and just 15 days to go, we’ll be back as soon as we can. We’ll keep you posted!

So sad for you both. Covid is no respecter of dreams. Glad you were able to get so far and hopefully it wont be long till you complete rhe adventure.

Best decision but what a disappointment for you. Both of you must be gutted but home is the best place to recuperate and you will soon be back to finish off the adventure fighting fit and able to fully enjoy its conclusion. Can’t wait!
